Shipping, Policies, and FAQ

Shipping:

Jewelry is typically shipped first class, packaged in a jewelry box in a bubble envelope.

Larger items are typically shipped priority mail, and packaged carefully to withstand their travels.

Domestic shipping typically takes 5 days or less.

International shipping can take a while to get through customs, usually 2-3 weeks.

You’ll recieve an e-mail with a tracking number at the time when I package your piece.

I try to get orders shipped out within three days, Willemite Ceramics is a one-person operation so occasionally it takes me a little longer but I always strive to ship asap. 

In the event that a piece is damaged in shipping, please send me photos of the piece and any damaged packaging for insurance purposes, so we can remedy the situation.

Policies:

If you decide to return a piece, please send me an e-mail within one week of delivery.

I want you to be thrilled with the piece you recieve, so if you would like to return or replace it please e-mail me as soon as possible.

Payments can be made through Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal, if you have any issues or questions please don’t hesitate to send me an e-mail.

To take care of your piece, all ceramics generally tend to last longer if they are carefully hand-washed whether they are handmade or mass-produced, though I design all pottery to be used for many years in a microwave and dishwasher.

To take care of jewelry, sterling silver tends to slowly oxidize over time and can be polished with a treated jewelry cloth that can be found at places such as bead stores, the ceramic pieces can be cleaned with soap and water.
